I have purchased quite alot of components from OCUK and would recommed this company to all my friends and family (already have done my and my father got one of the overclocked bundles on offer), I however did incounter a fault with a component which when I called for assistance and advised the technician (bailey) of the fault in question he was more than helpful in ensuring the fault was a fault and the very next day the component in question was picked up by the courier and returned to the shop the following day with my OCUK account being credited that very same day which is outstanding customer service and I have now got a new replacment that is alittle more upto date by paying the difference, I spoke to several others over the phone too (which is only bad thing that it is 0871 number @10p per min - but at that level of knowledge and advice given not too bothered about that hense no star drop) which all gave sound and accurate advice (got same advice in forums of theirs and 2 or 3 other sites too) all in all my experiance with the company will keep me loyal unless I decide to go into business against them :D
