Lovely product, poor gift wrapping

The small hand towels I bought were very pretty, good quality and made a perfect gift. However, the complementary gift wrap was very crumpled and tatty looking and I had to remove it and rewrap the towels in some new tissue paper. I think this was because the package had been posted in a large plastic bag which had suffered in the postal system. It would be nice if things could be sent in a box to protect the contents.
