Having agreed to the collection from my elderley fathers address, he has waited in on three separate days , the carrier failed to collect. Having complained I am now waiting for the carrier to contact me to arrange collection, 48 hours on and still no contact from the carrier.on each occasion I have had to ring better bathrooms being on hold each time for a minimum of five minutes. No one as had the decency to ring me. I am almost £300 out of pocket for the towel rail and the expense of the phone calls. I am now fed up with this terrible customer service.
