products good....no great...when they arrive.....communications about non-delivery.....appalling!!

dont ever answer emails...!!!!!!!!!

Having now read other reviews....I realise I'm not alone by not having emails replied to and money being taken yet NO delivery. Will be taking legal action if I dont receive a response in the next 48 hours and will never buy again despite having spent £100's previously....

THEN....got an answer after posting the above review only to be fobbed off for another month. Still got my money.....still no goods.....still no email reply or phone call apology. Only one option left from here.....
