Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

Unhelpful from beginning to end.
Product received was completely disgraceful, nothing like pictures or described.
Responses received when I made the complaint were in no way useful and were sometimes repeatative and not at all relevant to the situation.
Situation still unresolved but I am not expecting any further action to be taken as I got fed up of inadequate responses.

This is also not the first issue I have had with the company. After been a loyal customer, I was chased for payments to which I didn't owe. I have always been a good customer (made every payment without fail) but after deciding to take advantage of their "buy now pay in 12 months" offer, I was pestered for payments straight away and sent rude letters about paying my debts!
