I have used The Online Pen Company twice and according to the recipients, the pens are excellent.
As I was ordering from Australia for the gift to go to Canada, I had asked them to let me know when they had despatched the pen. This they failed to do so I had no idea when the pen was on its way to Canada until the recipient told me he had received it. Only a small point but more attention to customer requests could be important.

I live in Australia and will be visiting the UK specifically to watch the Ashes match at Lords as it is on my "bucket list" and my time is running out! Having paid a grossly inflated price for 2 tickets in the Grand Stand which is parallel to the pitch & offers a great view, viagogo told me on 11th March 2013 that the seller is unable to provide the tickets & they have offered me (what they consider to be) alternativesin the Mound Stand, which is in the corner & nowhere near the same view. In their email advising me that the seller did not actually have the tickets, they asked me for my feedback via their website email. I did this immediately but as I've had no response from them at all to 5 attempts to commmunicate with them despite their written assurance that I would receive a response within 5 working days, I now do not know what is going on. I even phoned them from Australia during their office hours and met with their robotic answering system and could not get a human being to talk to. Beware of viagogo, they appear to be just on-line ticket spivs.
ONE DAY LATER after the above - Trustpilot is brilliant!
viagogo saw my remarks above and have at last communicated with me! They have confirmed that my original tickets are now available and I can go to the Lords test as planned. Many thanks to Trustpilot!!
