Ripped Off

Bought a door mirror for my car from a company via parts gateway. Supposedly in excellent condition and tested. It arrived with an obvious fault so I contacted the supplier in Manchester who had no more in stock so agreed a refund. This was weeks ago and NO REFUND

Parts Gateway should not be associating with such a shoddy company

Pleases see response from Manchester Japanese Spares - the supplier of your mirror, below:

"Customer wanted an electric FOLDING mirror (only "electric" ie mirror glass tint stated in his original parts request). We explained that we were not sure if ours was electric folding but he decided to go ahead anyway. It turned out ours was not electric folding (assumedly the "fault" McKinlay refers to) so he returned the mirror to us which we then refunded. FYI, item was ordered 9th Nov, received back from customer on 5th Dec & refunded at 09:23 on the 7th. Last four digits on the card are 0529, so we suggest that you check credit with your bank 5 working days after the 7th. Returning the item to us faster than the 3+ weeks Mr McKinlay took to do so, or a simple phone call to us to check we had received it/ when the refund had been issued would surely have made more sense than to write a negative review?"
