Too much to return item!

Not happy as Jules B 'recommend" recorded delivery to return items...it cost me 12 pounds! Other companies give free returns so in future I will not be purchasing...shame because delivery etc very quick and easy web etc. but COME ON! Wouldn't have minded so much if it was my mistake......
but Barbour XL jacket was so mis sized it was tiny!
