Vistaprint...please DO NOT repsond to this with yet another automated response!
I ordered personalised cards, as I have done before which were very good and everyone loved. However, this time, they arrived and the corners were all damaged. I contacted Vistaprint straight away to receive an automated reply. 4 days later I finally get an email asking for a photo of the damaged goods with yet another automated reply. During this time I had no choice but to buy ordinary cards and post them in time, as we live abroad. Today I called and spoke to someone who said they will send me new cards. I explained, I have been waiting now 6 days for a response when they clearly say on their website response within 24 or 48 hours. New cards are no use to me. I would like a refund. I was told no. Then was given an email address to complain to, which then didn't work and was redirected to a form to fill in and yet another automated email.
In the meantime I have received 3 other emails from Vistaprint offering me calendars, order more of my designs and also a survey on how their services! Yet nothing about my complaint.
The product arrived damaged, in 6 days they still haven't emailed me a personalised email. I will never use this company again no matter how great some of the products are. Its the good customer service you want when you need it.
Accidents happen, I appreciate that, and, is it the end of the world because I couldnt send my personalised Christmas Cards?, no, there are far more important things happening in the world. However, I paid good money for a product that arrived damaged, yet Vistaprint will not alllow me to send back and will not give me a refund.
