Ordered my new guitar, paid for next day delivery. I had to phone call them the next day asking about the order because I received no email to confirm my order. I accepted the fact that they could not deliver next day anymore(order was placed shortly after 3pm). Then the next day, no email confirmation for when the courier was picking the item from the depot. At the end of the day I had to email them and inquire about the order. It has been sent to the wrong depot therefore I had to wait another day to get my Guitar. In their email they wrote that they 'upgraded' me to the next day delivery. It was not my fault and they were supposed to support the entire cost of delivery for this mistake. Their replies were always very short and cold. Nothing was offered in exchange for this. A friend recommended them but I sure will never ever recommend them based on the way they dealt with this order. They need to have systems in place to guarantee that they deliver what they promise.
