Totally disappointed would never deal again.

Promised £153 for my daughters immaculate I phone,only offered £120 when they received the phone due to it being Tesco 02 .No prior warning of this.
Save hassle I reluctantly agreed to accept,money not paid into bank as promised,I therefore threatened to take action if phone was not returned within seven days.Next day payment made.
Mysteriously my daughters hotmail account has been blocked because somebody has made to many guesses at her password.She said she had to the best of her knowledge taken her details of the phone

Thanks for your review and fully understand that you are not satisfied with our service regarding the Network Locked condition.

Please have a look on our iPhone webpage, you shall find that it is stated clearly under the phone description that a revised offer will be sent by email if phone is network locked. As your phone was locked to O2, we have sent you an email on 22nd of Nov in regarding to the revised offer. However, we did not receive your reply whether you would like to accept the revised offer or not.

Normally, payment will be made after the 7-day acceptance notice on the revised offer. We apologize for the payment delay as we wanted to give you more time in responding to the revised offer email. Payment was actually made before your reply to email on 5th of Dec.

We hope this helps and sorry for the inconvenience.
