Trading standards should be informed you are selling items that are not for sale

We order two tyres no problem and paid for, next day received email "please call us" ** the tyres that were on offer are not avalible but we can offer you a completly different ones from the same maker for same price.. ...In my opinion the tyre offered were not as good

When i revisited the website the offer tyres are still for sale saving over £30 per tyre infact two days later the tyres are £1.50 per tyre cheaper than we paid at £53 and in stock so anyone can order ......But you cannot have them because thay hav'nt got any.........But you could buy them from ther main website where they are in stock for £85 each including fitting ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Oh but we were told the website had not been updated to out of stock even though the price had been reduced and they are still in stock to this day.
Then we were told a paypal refund would take 5 days???????????

We do apologise for the inconvenience that has been caused.

Tyre Shopper has access to multiple suppliers and generally we deliver tyres on time, unfortunately it was one of these occasions that we could not get the tyres to the branch for fitting.

The website should have been updated to reflect accuracy of stock and pricing.
