I order the two packs of 72 Copic Ciao pens, needed some information first so made a phone call. Got the info I wanted - pleasant chatty assistant.

Slight delay as one of the packs were out of stock but every effort was made via emails to keep me informed so that I felt I was a customer who mattered. Goods, when they did arrive, were well packaged. Even with the out of stock delay I received the pens before some other companies would have got to the "goods picked" stage
