I have used Yesstyle several times already, and was not happy with at least 1 item in my order. For the last few times, the items for for myself, so I was okay with returning them and accepted the store credit. But for the last order, the items were meant for gifts, and they came ripped. So, I had to return them with my own shipping cost, and had to accept a refund as store credit only, given that it is their fault that the items for defective. They claimed that the return could only be issued as store credit, instead of a refund of "fund" so I could use the fund to buy the gifts elsewhere. This is no way a good policy these days because there are many reasons behind the choice of not keeping an item, not to mention that we have to pay the return shipping cost. I would be very very reluctant to shop here again as the business philosophy here is to force you to keep the items, shop with them again with the store credit even at times when you don't need any. This is a failing policy, Yesstyle. I would not recommend you for this reason. On top of that, I could not reach their customer services after calling many times during their stated business hours. Anyhow, after this, no more.
