The EB website is clear to navigate with plenty of information, After ordering I was informed of delivery dates from the web team and then the courier, Interlink Express, sent test messages witth the date and hour slot for delivery. Even down to very easy operations if you want to leave with a neighbour, re-schedule etc,

I had to return one item and I was informed by EB they had received it and then dispatched the relplacement immediately so it arrived the next day.

Very impressed, internet shopping as it should be.
