Wednesday, bought a cheese and coleslaw sandwich from my local store. 6 hours later (Ate nothing else in between) BANG food poisoning. Returned the empty packaging to Customer Service desk this morning, you guessed it, they couldn't care less!

The consignment was damaged in transit by Parcelforce. Flightstore dealt with the problem immediately by dispatching replacements. No quibble, no argument, excellent service.
