Booked Premium car park...but bad signs and lighting

Arrived at Doncaster airport at 7.30 pm. Tuesday 4th December .Very dark.
Received ticket from machine..tried to find Premium car park. No signs. Left car in normal car park.
Now I must claim difference in cost ....This is very annoying, time wasting.
There seemed to be no Premium car park available.
I shall not pre pay again.
