Arrived promptly and easily fitted

I had previously updated RAM on desktops - but decided the instructions for laptops looked too complicated.

Eventually took the plunge and ordered RAM upgrades for Dell Inspiron laptop and Samsung NC10 notebook. Opening the netbook was the most difficult part of the operation. I now await faster computing
