Sent an iPhone 3GS and an iPhone4 via Special delivery and recieved an automated email a few days later to say that they were being processed.
Received a few more automated emails to say that they were in testing and then another to say that they had been completed.
The outcome was astonising in that the 3GS was a "catastrophic failure" due to it not being able load up with iTunes. Well that's utter nonsense because I restored all factory settings and connected it before I sent it. So they offered me £0.00 for it? Yeh right. So I'm supposed to let you keep it for free? Jog on!
The 4 had some marks from the usual wear and tear a 3-4 year phone has and was reduced from £140 to £108.
I am currently in the process of the both phones being retested but after reading other reviews Im not holding my breathe.
The £5 to get them back is a bit shocking too. It only cost me £6.75 to send the two by Special delivery.
Very bad service. Lure you in by the top prices and then try and fob you off with lame excuses and hope you're a mug.
I ain't no mug and defiantly won't be using them again.
Anybody got a link for mazuma? Never had any of this malarkey there.
Received item via UPS within a week which is good I suppose at this time of year.
The TV box was a bit shabby and I could tell it had been opened which was a concern. There was another address from which the TV had been sent previously also.
I google the previous address and it was some company in France from ellosis lab?? Still don't know what company it is bacause of its all in French.
The TV is a French one and a plug converter was supplied. With a bit of caution I tried it and it work fine so my worries are subdued.
It may have been a 4 Star review if it had not been for the TV being foreign. The website is a bit misleading and if I had known that it was a French model I would not have bought it.
After reading these reviews after purchasing and receiving the TV I was very worried but after now recieving the unit I am now only worried about warranty issues in the future.
So to some it up I have recieved the TV within a week which works. If i knew it was a French model and didnt mind i would order again.
All in all an ok site even though a little Mia leading.

I am disappointed to hear that you have not had a pleasant experience with us thus far.
The first time your devices were tested they were showing the symptoms that you have described already. The 3GS would not restore and had a faulty power button, meaning the device could not be tested.
The 4 was, as you described, requoted at a 20% downgrade for "Light Wear" from £135 to £108, if there was 3 - 4 years typical 'wear and tear' to the device, this would merit this type of downgrade.
Both items are currently being retested and we will contact you with the results from their retests.
With regard to the £5.00 return fee, this is not something we make any profit on. This fee covers the engineers time to test the device, the packaging and postage to return it to you via a tracked service with an insurance coverage up to £50.00
Please contact help@gadgets4everyone.co.uk with any further queries where we would be more than happy to assist.
Kind Regards,
