I find that the best test of online services is how they respond when things don't go to plan. Hungryhouse passed this test with flying colours. My first ever order using the service never arrived, and Hungryhouse were quick to acknowledge this, quick to chase the vendor and quick to offer their apology. I was fully compensated and had my eventual reorder for 80% off. This shows the pressure that is put on the vendors to provide a good service.
