Appalling service.

I ordered my specs on 7th October and posted my prescrition and an old pair of varifocals (for eye measure reference) a few days later. I phoned several times the next week to ensure the packaged had arrived, and kept being told that someone would call me back. No one did. Three weeks weeks later I get a prescription reminder via email, so I email the prescription, but they claim they never got it. A complete shambles of a company! Eventually, 8 weeks later, I get the first pair, which were great. A week after that I get the second pair, which were another pair of varifocals and not the occupational lenses that I'd ordered. Phoned them and was told that they don't do occupational lenses! Took them 2 months after my initial order for them to tell me this. DirectSight are an incompetent bunch of crooks. Don't waste your time or money.

Added a few months later..... Have realised after using the reactive lens glasses that I paid extra for, that my 2 pairs of varifocals were completely different (apart from the fact that one pair were reactive lenses). In fact the reactive lenses were so different that I doubt if they are even my prescription, and I cannot wear them for anything other than gazing out into the distance. Will I get back to DirectSight? Probably not as I can't waste any more time on them. See comment below from them. I also received 3 emails all the same saying someone would be contacting me to resolve the situation but no one phoned at all. There IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
