I ordered 5 6 foot batten lamps. Nothing happened within the first 24 hours, the items were only shipped after I had chased the order; coincidence? The order was passed to UPS for shipment - BAD DECISION. The items had been well packed and labelled (Fragile) by OneClick but UPS had covered all this good work with black tape so that their label would be more easily visible. The result was that when the items arrived 2 were useable, two I could fix and one was beyond repair. The good news is that once I reported this to OneClick I was immediately reimbursed for I item. So on balance 7 out of 10 for OneClick 0 out of 10 for UPS.
