Worst company to deal with customer service appalling they hope you will just go away

Watch this space for a full copy of the problem I have had with Very and appalling customer service that I have endured the very poor offer that they have made to resolve the problem, their poor excuses, the continued attempts to make me go away by time delaying tactics. The fact that the CEO has no idea what is going on in his own company. Im still waiting for letter from them 2 weeks later. To resolve any problems with this company go direct to Trading Standards or to a Solicitor for advice.
