Bought single mattress online, prompt delivery but when I opened packaging the mattress had an extremely unpleasant odour. I contacted the Company to let them know. They suggested the smell was simply the fire treatment and that I should keep it airing in garage for a while longer.
However the smell didn't get any better and so Beds 2U arranged for the mattress to be collected at the same time as they delivered me another one. No questions asked, apologies all round and I cant praise the Company enough for their response.
The replacement mattress is absolutely fine and I wouldn't hesitate in ordering from them again.
