I got a quote from interparcel with a competitive quote, so decided to book i arranged for my parcel to be collected on the 3rd of December i thought brilliant. I waited all day long in my house for the courier man to arrive, the time slot was 9AM to 9PM which was fine. 9 O clock come and went no courier arrived this really annoyed me as i had booked the day of work to be in to give it to the driver, the next morning i went onto their website and spoke to somebody to find out what the hell was going on, i was told that the delivery man had tried to come and collect it but nobody was in, i was shocked as i had told the lady clearly that i had picked the pick up date to make sure i was able to be in, i lets this go as it is near Christmas and maybe they were just really busy that day and what else could i really do, so the lady at interparcel said she would rearrange for the parcel to be collected the next day, i thought great that would be the end of that. The 4th cam and went no one arrived, again i went straight onto their website and asked they customer service what's going on this time they told me that it had failed to be added to their collection list they apologised i was not happy. So this time i asked for a guarantee that my parcel would be definitely be collected the next day they gave there word that this would definitely happen so as you can guess the next day nobody turned up, i repeated my same daily visit to there website to complain this time i got another babbling customer service representative trying to palm me off with yet another excuse i was given the option to wait until the 10th of December for them to try well id use that term extremely "loosely" or a refund i saw common sense and took the refund option ive now booked with parcelforce who have collected it today "THE SAME DAY" i booked it. Lesson folks GIVE THIS COMPANY A WIDDDDEEE BIRTH if you like to be lied to then this is the company for you or if you'd like to wait for your parcel to evolve and grow legs to get to its destination then INTERPARCEL.co.uk tick all your boxes. Yes there prices might be good but consider parcelforce charged me £4 more to do exactly what interparcel had promised and they delivered its a no brainer. You would have thought that in the current financial climate this company would be striving to deliver an excellent service, clearly not interparcel deserve to be one of the companies that go bankrupt instead of more reputable companies!!!
