I placed an order via telephone for 15 items aware that one of the items was out of stock: expected the following Monday.
By the time the item was back in stock, one of the other items was then out of stock, much to my surprise, as I assumed (wrongly) that all the other originally in stock items would have been marked as reserved.
I waited for the "2nd" item to be back in stock even though it's promised re-stock date came and went. I did eventually receive the complete order.
Credit to the customer services team, particularly Emma, who handled the issues as best they could but without a stock control/reservation system, their plight is somewhat compromised in this scenario.
