Cashback When!
I'm sure others will tell a different tale but I seem to be waiting forever to get any money back for anything. I currently have £60+ sat in the account and that's been there for at least 3 months. Another similar website that begins with a Q is much quicker at paying up.

I am sorry that you feel this way. Transactions will generally take around 3 months to reach 'payable' status, at which point you will be able to make a payment request for your cashback.
However, if you ever feel as though a delay is becoming excessive, please do contact us via a 'support ticket' from the Customer Care section of your account, and we will be able to advise you further.
