I ordered practically a whole new system from TechNextDay - a package consisting of a new motherboard, CPU, cooler and RAM, to go with my new graphics card. After going through the package I discovered they had only included 1 of the 2 sticks of RAM I'd requested.
So, imagining a customer services nightmare, I emailed them to point this out. Their response was within an acceptable time-frame, about 2hours I think, and was very positive. They sorted me out promptly, their prices are good and I'll be happy to use them again.
