I'm quite happy with my bed and yet to receive my sofa. Overall, I think the quality of the products is very good.
My only issue has been with the delivery service for my sofa. I received a call a few days ago asking if I was available to receive my sofa on Dec 10. I said yes, but only after 2PM, so after saying that, the lady on the phone said that my time-frame of any time after 2PM might be a problem for them! She would call me back or text me to confirm 2 hour slot. To date nothing has happened, so I guess I won't get my sofa on that date. The issue here is that I'm being asked to confirm availability for any time of the day (which I cannot do), and after that they will give me a 2 hour slot. It simply doesn't make sense.
