I ordered a games consule (and we know these aren't cheap) from my catalogue for my son's Christmas present with some accessories. The hand controller arrived - thrown over the fence!!! I had missed the delivery and my status on my order tracking showed that a card had been left. No card was left. I contacted my catalogue, got the reference number and went on Yodel's website to re-deliver for today when my other son was home. He has waited in all day. I then decided to check the delivery status. Apparently, they delivered it last Saturday (I was in all day) left a card that they had delivered it to my neighbours. Just seen my neighbours and they haven't taken in a parcel for me!!!! I now have to wait for an investigation by my catalogue to see where it has gone and i have to wait 3 weeks before i hear anything or possibly get a refund. I have had to reorder another consule on a day when i know my son will be home. It cannot be delivered to a shop as part of the Collect service so I have to hope and pray that they will deliver this parcel when it is supposed to be delivered. Words really cannot describe this company and if could use every word of profanity that I know then it still wouldn't be enough. If I had the choice not to use this company then I would, but I am dictated to what my catalogue use. I hope the company see and act on this post but seriously can't see that happening.
