I ordered a few items from the Sports Direct website, totalling just over £100. Three days later when I returned home from work there was a card wedged in my front door frame, (not even posted through the letterbox) on the card in the signatory box was written 'caravan'. Really, the caravan signed for my parcel?? Just to be clear the caravan is locked, it's on the far side of my double drive which is open and not fenced. I have a fenced in garden on the other side and an outhouse right beside the front door which is left unlocked. There is no parcel number on the card, or any other handwritten information apart from my caravans signature.
I called the company and entered the number on the card but it is not recognised and there's no option to speak to anybody! I tried the website- same outcome. I have emailed Yodel twice daily for the last 7 days and had no reply.
Sports direct are now trying to sort this but god knows how long this will take as I imagin there are lots of people in this same situation as me right now.
Something needs to be done, I'm doubtful as to wether Yodel even left my parcel!
I'm just left in limbo now n god knows where my parcel is....
