Parcel2Go good + online support - just be careful which courier you choose

I have used P2G on more than one occasion - price could not be beaten the website simple to use. More often than not I have booked a TNT collection from my house - sometimes CityLink - and all have been good.
Just this week I used Hermes and the service from them was absolutely appalling - two missed collections and not able to make contact with driver despite having telephone number to call.
Fortunately the P2G live support line worked really well (thank you ANDREA and HENRY) - they found a solution to the problem and saved the day.
My only recommendation would be to P2G - review your use of Hermes they are letting your company down.
