Brilliant website, easy to navigate and find your phone within minutes. Packaging arrived the next day, and even though they wouldn't have received the phone until Friday the cash was transferred into my account on the Monday. Really pleased, if only all online retailers were this professional.

Having been through the same experience [personal information removed] as so many others, I now know their business 'model'. Furnishing Homes don't have a huge warehouse packed from top to bottom with furniture goodies, they, and many other on-line furniture retailers, simply have a suite of offices, some poor lowly-paid youngsters to man the phones and a web-designer. All they do is take your order, take your money, wait for enough people to order the same item and THEN try to find a supplier for that item. Unfortunately every other on-line retailer is trying to do the same so it's no wonder so many items will never be delivered. But of course they now have your money and can hide behind the 'Distance Selling Law' for 30 days AFTER you ask for a refund. We were lucky and got our money back, but according to one of [personal information removed] answers, this company IS in financial difficulties, I can only think that many people will lose their money quite soon as they are bound to go into administration in the very near future.
I have forwarded my experience to Watchdog and urge you to do the same, It's only by taking this action that the on-line industry will have to clean it's act up.
