DELIVERY SERVICE AND TELEPHONE NUMBERS

Like everybody else I tied calling their 08 number and machine said wait is 10mins 35mins call still not answered. Went onto a search engine on the website found a number for the whole shopping group which is 0151 4321000. If you ring this number just ask for Very catalogue-I have rung this number 3 times and my call has been answered in less than 3mins.

The delivery company they are using is crap=pardon my word.They saying they have tried to deliver but not in-I have ended up booking 2 extra days of as holiday and the parcel still hasn't arrived.I have emailed the complaints and there site says will be answered within 9hours well the email was sent Monday 3rd December.

Not impressed.

Won't be using them again.
