Ordered a bike from Halfords and requested a Wednesday delivery (took the day off work for this) they tried to deliver it on Monday then Tuesday instead. I rang YODEL and booked a delivery on there automated system but nothing came, I tried to ring YODEL and after 20 mins of hold music I got throw and then the man cut me off - so yet again 20 mins holding and got a rude woman saying I had to go and pick it up and they couldn't help me - she was so rude.
Rang Halfords who said they were a rubbish company (why use them then) they said they would sort it and get it delivered to another address for me....
Am still waiting! think I need to cancel my order and go elsewhere where YODEL isn't used.
Do not use this company they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with and customer services are horrid
