I MISSED MY PARCEL a card was left in my door with no parcel number on and no information were my parcel had gone or when and if it would be delivered !!! when i rang uip it would not except ref number on card i rang another number and girl gave me yet another number wen i rang it put me through to the RAC !!!! i rang again and waited 20 minutes to be answered were the man on other end of phone could not help me as card had no p[arcel number on and his computer system was not working and was complaining they need new one to help your customers so i got no wer and now have to wait to see if i get my parcel at all i will be writing letters of complaints and AVOID USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN !!!!!!!!!!!! REDICULOUS REDICULOUS EMPLOY PPL WHO OWN A PEN TO WRITE INFORMATION ON CARDS AND GET PPL WHO NO HOW TO DO THERE JOB AND GET NEW COMPUTERS IN !!!!!!"!
