I had no problem booking my ticket, however when it came to printing the e-ticket, all I got was the booking number at the top of the page and almost at the bottom it said this is your e-ticket and confirmation but there was nothing in between, I tried twice with the same result almost a blank page. I then rang up and had some difficulty explaining the problem to the person on the other end, first she tried to tell me how to go on the web site and print it off again then she said she would send it through as an e-ticket again, I said there was not much point as it would not print properly. I did ask her to send it in pdf format but she couldn't do that. Finally she said she would post it to me and it would take about ten days, which I said was fine as I'm not going till March, so I'll see if I receive it, she did admit that there was a problem as some other people had had difficulty in printing the ticket in it's entirety so I'll wait and see what happens.
Update - Within a couple of hours had a reply from ebookers which I wasn't expecting and ticket will be posted out on Monday so if I get it this week I will be impressed with the service and the fact that they replied. I have upgraded the stars to four only because I couldn't print the ticket
