The last time I did business with them was in 2007, I can't remember why I stopped, but it must have been because of their sub-standard services or high prices (or maybe a combination of both)
I recently got a voucher saying they would give me 15% off and free shipping. I then went in and ordered some Molton Brown products. The products came with a free gift pack.
I placed the order, and when I got the confirmation, I realized that the discount hadn't gone through, so I cancelled my order immediately - I am talking literally 2 minutes. But my order said it was pending cancellation and should be done in an hour. Not happy with this, I sent them an email and called them as well. Both the person on the phone and that on the email, promised me that the order was cancelled.
The following day... oh surprise, I get an email saying that my products were on their way. I called Mankind, and they apologized, and gave me a label to return my stuff....
So that means: 1) I had to go online, send an email and make a phone call to request the cancellation, 2) then I had to make another call to complain about the cancellation not working, and TO TOP IT... 3) NOW I NEED TO GO AND FIND A COLLECT+ TO SEND IT BACK..
I think these guys do it on purpose, so clients are less likely to return the item and they get extra sales...
Never doing business with them again... and this time I am writing it down, so I remember why.
