Their process to renew or extend/upgrade a policy is painless, being mainly web-based, or even when real people have to get involved but I've never had to make a claim so don't know how easy they are to deal with, supportive in case assistance is required or how forthcoming they are with payment of claims. Hopefully, I won't have to find out!
I'd basically decided not to renew my gadget cover despite a couple of follow up emails (although I was still considering whether or not to) but then a very nice, well spoken lady called me and I thought "why not"?
Always good to reward persistence, but have no experience of the company's performance when it comes to a claim.....
