Avoid at all cost, very poor service even worse goods

This is the second time I have had the misfortune of having to deal with worldstores. Ifany other company produced doors to fit my home then I would NEVER use them again. Door delivered, no marks on the packaging not even a scuff. Opened the packaging to find a hole in the brand new door, obviously packaged damaged at source. Customer services (after seeing images) agreed to send a new door, picking up the old one at the same time. Easy you'd think. No I had to get someone to wait for the door to arrive, the courier tipped up took the old door and had nothing to replace it with! I have juggled work to be able to fit the door at the cost of a days holiday to myself, only to find I have no door. When contacting customer services (again) the door is out for delivery tomorrow.....great there will be no one at the delivery address tomorrow. Well we can't change it now as its already got a label on it..... Nice to see worldstores looking after someone, no not the customer, it's suppliers and couriers. AVOID AT ALL COST, THIS IS A COWBOY OUTFIT, USED TWICE BITTEN TWICE AT THE COST OF TWO DAYS HOLIDAY TO MYSELF. THANKS WORLDSTORES, USELESS.
