Dealt with a problem very fairy - if not too promptly.

I bought a sink and tap having checked that they would work together. But once installed they didn't - water came over the front. Clickbasin agreed to reimburse for the tap and send a mail bag to return it (did both after a few reminders) and in appreciation i purchased another tap from them. So they were fair and did what they said. Thanks.
