Appalling Service - goods never received !!!!!!! Even after numerous calls

Finally have my money back 3 weeks later - disgusting service.
Will NEVER use this company again.
I placed an order on the 15th of November , delivery was stated as before the 23rd , goods never arrived made numerous calls always promised a call back - never happened, always promised goods on way and have left the depot.
After complaining again on line i received an email back on the 6th December saying as no tracking now on these goods its unlikely they will arrive and therefore they have refunded my money.
i could have purchased elsewhere.
Never use this company all they tell you is lies.
