blinds look excelent and fitted well. I was informed by telephone that one of my fabrics was out of stock and did I mind waiting or would I like to choose another. The blind was a little later in than they said and I had to ring up to enquirer and I would have perfered if they had rung me but they were very polite and appologetic and it came then within the time given me. The website was very user friendly.
