Good customer service

When I was placing my order there was an initial coding issue with their website which required an email to resolve. Once this issue was sorted the following morning the order was placed. Delivery was the following day. Good customer service - pity about the coding issue. Will definitely use them again.

Hotel Direct

Effective, trustworthy, best price and highly recommended

Didn't know Hotel Direct before booking a hotel in London with them a couple of weeks ago. Best price I could find having checked all the 'named' cheap deal websites. Best of all - they personally double check your room booking a couple of days before your stay and email you the confirmation. Wow. This is good old-fashioned service.

I highly recommend booking through Hotel Direct and I will certainly use their services again.
