We placed an order for over £70 for children's toys.
Order confirmation but no delivery, when we rang we were told it was still out of stock.
We called again and a recorded message told us they were too busy for calls and so we had follow up on line; this meant setting up an account.
They then sent us an email telling us that they had never received the funds from their merchant providers and could not reverse the transaction!
They advised that we go back to our credit card provider to go through a chargeback procedure; this will apparently take approx 5 weeks!!
Totally frustrating and terrible service.
A retailer should be judged on how they respond to issues and on this point, WAE+ are awful. AVOID Them!!
