I have used Parcel2Go before without problem but in the last two weeks that has all changed. I sent off 4 parcels, 2 have just arrived after 8 days and the contents are completely smashed. I am now waiting to hear that the outstanding two parcels have met the same fate.
I tracked the parcels online and could see there was a problem with the Parcel2Go service but there is NO way of getting in touch with the people who run this 'service'.
Appalling service, no way of contacting the company when it goes wrong. Cowboys!
