Sales were great, finance has been a let down.

I went in on Sunday (3/12/12) to buy a new fiat 500, I've had one before so knew what I wanted and the sales man was lovely and honest, not cheesy or pushy in the slightest. I was offered £6000 to part ex my mini, the £1250 deposit was paid out of the £6000, I was told a cheque would need to be raised and I would receive it mid week, it is now Friday I have had to collect the cheque from stoneacre myself, needless to say this is inconvenient, and will be almost 2 weeks from me paying my deposit to recieving the rest of my money, had I not collected the cheque, I would have to pay my £273.00 loan payment as I could not have paid the balance.
