I've bought a pair of trainers. They ended up being too small. Rubbersole have free return policy. You have to decide if you want your money back or in my case a bigger size. They send you a link to print your return label and let you know where is your nearest dropping point. In my case it was a news agent 200 meters away. Magnificent work. I'm very happy with the service I've received.
