I had a note that they tried to deliver on Tuesday. I went on line and arranged for redelivery today, Friday. It didn't arrive today so I went online and it says the parcel was delivered yesterday, Thursday , and signed for by someone whose name I don't recognise and can't have been at the delivery address. No indication which address they delivered to. No note through my door. No phone number to speak to a real person at dpd. Very frustrating. How are we supposed to deal with a situation when there is no one to speak to?!
