Hopeless trying to call, parcel gone missing

I had a note that they tried to deliver on Tuesday. I went on line and arranged for redelivery today, Friday. It didn't arrive today so I went online and it says the parcel was delivered yesterday, Thursday , and signed for by someone whose name I don't recognise and can't have been at the delivery address. No indication which address they delivered to. No note through my door. No phone number to speak to a real person at dpd. Very frustrating. How are we supposed to deal with a situation when there is no one to speak to?!

UPDATE - Paula, the reference number that you have supplied does not appear to be related to your parcel. Can you please email your full address and phone number to in order for us to look into this? Thanks, Bobby.
