This is the first time I have used this company and they were first class in every way
I was advised by Car Phone Warehouse that my I Phone would be delivered on 5 December 2012 which was very convenient as I was due to be at home all day. I waited and waited and waited until the 9pm cut off point for deliveries before checking Yodel's tracking service. I was astounded to discover that the phone had been delivered and signed for at 14.33hrs.
Next day I contacted Yodel only to be told that I may have forgotten it had been delivered, it was not their problem and maybe it best that I E-mail as he - the man on the end of the telephone - could not understand my Irish accent which is bizarre as I am in fact Scottish.
I contacted Car Phone Warehouse who were very helpful and began an investigation into the case. I checked on Yodel tracking earlier today only to discover that the parcel I had signed for was now out for delivery. I received another E-mail from Yodel at 7pm this evening assuring me that the phone would be with me by 9pm. Just after 9pm I checked tracking and discovered that once again I had signed for the phone at 13.33 - I was at work so lies lies lies.
I decided to try the live web chat help service only to be cut off when I requested the address of the depot.
I will get to the bottom of this as I am very tenacious and have decided to report this matter to the police as theft!
